Chi Masters reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Chi Masters is the service provider; it is also referred to as "Chi Masters ", "us" and "we".
The person or organisation who purchases or seeks goods or services from Chi Masters; is also referred to as “the customer” or "you". |

Applicable law and jurisdiction |

· Chi Masters (chimasters.com.au) is created and controlled in Victoria, Australia. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of Victoria. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums. |

Capacity to contract |
|
· Orders can only be placed with Chi Masters by persons with capacity to contract, which are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence. |

Placing orders
Products: |
|
· We currently do not ship overseas. · All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Chi Masters. · To minimise errors and improve efficiency, orders can only be placed using our on-line ordering system or directly from our Brunswick Academy. · Any quantity in stock displayed on our web site should be considered as a guide only. Quantity in stock does not take into account existing orders placed which are yet to be processed. It is possible that an order placed earlier will receive the allocation of the part in which the quantity for it showed as in stock at the time of your order. Inventory discrepancy can also affect the accuracy of the stock status displayed on our web site. · We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 2 weeks of orders being placed. · If for any reason, there is a delay of supply of a product and we do not believe it can be supplied within a 2 – 4 week time frame, we will contact you via email to advise of this delay. You may choose to accept the delay, select a different product or cancel your order. · If an order is Urgent – Contact us prior to placing your order so that we can advise dispatch timeframe. · Orders may be collected directly from Chi Masters Academy in Sydney Road, Brunswick. · Picking up orders from Chi Masters: · Customers are asked to wait for a confirmation e-mail from Chi Masters in regards to the collection of their order.
Event Bookings:
· Bookings to all Chi Masters Events can be purchased using our on-line ordering system. · Once an Event has sold out it will show as ‘Sold Out’ and no further bookings can be taken for that particular Event. · Confirmation and receipt will be issued once booking is made. · An Entry Pass (ticket) for the Event will be emailed within 48 hours to your email address. You must print out your Entry Pass and produce to gain entry to your chosen Event.

Cancellations |
|
· Once transactions are processed orders may not be cancelled, however in deemed circumstances the customer may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please see the refund and exchange policy for more information. |

Payment |
|
· Chi Masters is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received in full. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Chi Masters may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund. · For on-line orders, accepted payments include credit cards (Visa and Master card) and direct deposits. · There is no additional charge for Visa/MasterCard payments. · When doing a direct fund transfer or direct deposit into our account, please include the Net Order ID as the deposit reference. It is also required for a deposit slip to be sent to us by fax or e-mail (scanned). For Internet funds transfer please cut and paste the transfer details and send to us by e-mail.
· Our bank account details: · The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from Chi Masters until the full amount is paid and cleared to Chi Masters. |

Shipping |
|
· We do not ship to PO Boxes. · We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by Chi Masters. · Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Chi Masters will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment. · Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. · Freight is not included in prices. There is a minimum freight charge of $14.95 inclusive of GST. Any additional freight charges will be calculated once order is packed. If there are additional freight charges that need to be attributed to your order, we will contact you for approval prior to shipping. · Goods will only be dispatched after freight charges are paid where upon customers are notified their consignment number. · Chi Masters usually uses Fastway couriers to ship parcels. You may choose to log onto their website to have an indication of freight charges. |

Return and refund |
|
· Please select carefully at the time when you place your order. · We do not refund for change of mind purchases. Subject to your statutory rights, a refund is only available in the event that a) the product does not meet the description; b) the product is not fit for the purpose it was designed for (eg a candle with no wick); c) the item is faulty or; d) the item is unavailable to be supplied. · Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in their original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. · Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Chi Masters within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This can be done by e-mail or phone. · It is imperative that any missing or damaged parcels be noted on the delivery docket so the delivery company is also advised in writing at time of delivery. · If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open any sealed packaging (i.e. shrink wrapping etc). Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s). No refund can be offered if this case exists. · Chi Masters owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.
Events Refunds Policy · You may cancel any registration for a Chi Masters Event (e.g., Workshops, Seminars, Healing Sessions, etc.) that you purchased from our on line ordering system providing you do so no later than 72 hours before the beginning of the event. · In the event of a cancellation to a Chi Masters Event (Workshop, Seminar, Healing Session etc) you will be issued with a Credit Note (valued at 80% of the purchase price. There is a 20% administrative fee) valid for 12 months which can only be used for another Chi Masters Event. This Credit Note will be sent to you by email. |
